The Block Hour Program: based out of London on the 2 very popular chartered aircraft, the Hawker 900 xp and the Citation XLS Jets365 can offer you a non prepaid Block hour program with fixed hourly rates.
How does it work?
Under this program you will have access to our company managed fleet at a fixed hourly rate which is calculated from the aircraft base in London subject to availability. This means that the aircraft will be priced from London to the destination airport and returning to base at a fixed hourly rate which included standard handling and landing charges. Additional charges such as over nights will be charged at a rate of £900 per day and any high density airport charges and out of hours charges will be invoiced separately. Any additional charges will be discussed prior to departure
The Cost: For your security we will arrange an escrow account ( client account ) an agreed percent of the over all annual costs will be deposited and used for flights on your request. Jets365 do not require that you pay all hours up front and can offer a quarterly option on request. Escrow is a safe and swift service enabling Jets365 to arrange your trip in short notice when possible.
Notice required: Jets365 do require at least 24 hour notice however when possible we can have your airborne in as little as 4 hours notice subject to positioning times, airport permissions and availability of the aircraft. your Jets365 member assistant will endeavor to meet your short notice requirements while keeping safety as our main priority.
Availability: This Block Hour program is subject to availability of the aircraft, airport slots and permissions however if the aircraft you requested is not available Jets365 will offer you another aircraft on the fleet subject to range, passenger and availability.
In the event that none of the aircraft on the managed fleet are available the Jets365 charter operations team will charter in a similar type aircraft for you and deduct the cost of the chartered aircraft from your account. you will have the option to pay for the charter separately in order not to use up credit.
Already have a Jet Card ? : If you already have a jet card or a similar Card Program, we will be happy to manage your travel card arrangements for you. You can save up to 50% by using this block hour program on same day returns or a one night stay-over. By using your card program wisely you can travel more for less.
